Prophet Yunus: Story, Miracles and Lessons

The prophet who turned to his Lord in the belly of the fish, saying “Lā ilāha illā anta subḥānaka innī kuntu mina ẓ-ẓālimīn” (al-Anbiya 87), and whose people believed all together (Yunus 98). The Noble Qur’an does not state how long he stayed in the belly of the fish; the narrations differ.
