Gizlilik politikası
Özet
Mubarly’nin telefon uygulamasında bazı ekranlarda reklam gösterilebilir; Kur’an, ezan, kıble, zikir ve ibadet kayıtlarınızın olduğu ekranlarda hiçbir zaman gösterilmez. Mubarly verinizi kimseye satmaz. Kullanım istatistiği, gerçek kullanımı test cihazlarından ayırt edebilmemiz için Mubarly hesabınıza bağlıdır ve Ayarlar’dan kapatılabilir. Namaz vakitleri, kıble, takvim, zikir, bahçe ve kaza kayıtları gibi kişisel ibadet verileri telefonunuzda tutulur; Google ya da Apple hesabınızı bağladıysanız yalnızca size açık bir yedeğe düzenli olarak kopyalanır ve iki cihaz kullanıyorsanız cihazlar arasında eşitlenir; yedekte hangi cihazdan geldiğini ayırt etmek için cihazda üretilen rastgele bir kimlik tutulur (Ayarlar › Hesap’tan kapatılabilir). Özel hal ve konum bilgisi yedeğe hiçbir zaman girmez.
Konum
Namaz vakitleri ve kıble yönü konumunuzla telefonunuzda hesaplanır; koordinatlarınız bunun için hiçbir sunucuya gönderilmez. Konumla ilgili bir bilgi telefonunuzdan yalnızca bu bölümde yazan durumlarda çıkar.
Bulunduğunuz şehrin adını göstermek için cihazınızın işletim sistemi, konumu kendi hizmetine (iPhone’da Apple, Android’de Google) sorabilir.
Mubarly’yi tarayıcıda kullanıyorsanız şehir adı, yaklaşık yüz metreye yuvarlanmış konumunuzla BigDataCloud’un ücretsiz ters kodlama hizmetinden alınır.
Profil › Konum ayarlarından şehir aradığınızda, yazdığınız şehir adı (konumunuz değil) şehir listesini getirmek için Mubarly’nin kendi sunucusundaki şehir aramasına (GeoNames verisi) gönderilir; başka bir hizmete iletilmez.
"Yakın Camiler" ekranında konumunuz hiçbir sunucuya gönderilmez: cami listesi, OpenStreetMap verisinden hazırladığımız 1 derecelik bölge dosyalarından (Mubarly’nin Supabase dosya deposu) indirilir ve mesafe telefonunuzda hesaplanır; sunucuya yalnızca bölgenin adı (enlem ve boylamın tam sayı kısmı) gider. İndirilen bölgeler çevrimdışı kullanım için cihazda saklanır. Konum izni daha önce verildiyse arama ekran açılınca yapılır. Harita görüntüsü OpenFreeMap’ten (tiles.openfreemap.org) yüklenir; bu istekler gösterilen bölgeyi içerir.
"Camide sessize al" özelliğini Profil’den açarsanız, uygulama kapalıyken de bir camiye girdiğinizi fark edebilmek için "Her zaman" konum izni istenir. Yakınınızdaki en çok 20 caminin çevresi cihazınızın işletim sistemine bildirilir; giriş ve çıkışı işletim sistemi algılar, konum geçmişi tutulmaz ve sunucumuza gönderilmez. Yakındaki camiler "Yakın Camiler" ekranındaki gibi, yuvarlanmış konumla aranır (uzaklaştığınızda ya da haftada bir yeniden). Özelliği kapattığınızda izleme durur.
Hesap ve sunucuda tutulanlar
Telefon uygulaması, ilk açıldığında ve internete bağlanınca, e-posta ya da şifre istemeden size özel kayıtsız (anonim) bir hesap kendiliğinden açar; bu hesap rastgele bir kimlikten ibarettir. Bu hesapla birlikte sunucumuzda, kullandığınız bölümlere göre şunlar tutulur: yazdığınız dua talepleri, âmin kayıtlarınız, kurduğunuz ya da katıldığınız hatim halkaları ve üstlendiğiniz cüzler, aile gruplarındaki kayıtlarınız, Profil’de yazdığınız görünen ad, gönderdiğiniz şikâyetler, engellediğiniz kişiler ve varsa premium üyeliğinizin kaydı.
"İsmim görünmesin" seçeneğiyle paylaştığınız dua talebinde adınız ve kimliğiniz diğer kullanıcılara gösterilmez. Kimin hangi duaya âmin dediği de başkalarına gösterilmez.
Profil’de yazdığınız ad, görünen adınız olarak sunucuda tutulur; Kardeşlik gibi paylaşılan bölümlerde yalnızca bu ad görünür. Hesabınızı Google ya da Apple ile bağlarsanız o hesabın e-posta adresi ve adı alınır; Profil’de girdiğiniz soyad ve doğum tarihi de yalnızca size açık bir kayıtta sunucuya yazılır. Google ve Apple’a Mubarly’deki kayıtlarınızdan hiçbir şey gönderilmez. Cinsiyet seçiminiz yalnızca telefonunuzda (ve kendi yedeğinizde) durur.
Misafir olarak başlayıp sonradan Google ya da Apple ile bağlanırsanız, misafirken yaptığınız paylaşımlar ve telefondaki kayıtlarınız bağladığınız hesaba aktarılır; boş kalan misafir hesabı silinir.
Sunucu altyapısı Supabase tarafından sağlanır.
Kullanım istatistiği ve hata raporları
Uygulamayı geliştirebilmek ve gerçek kullanımı test cihazlarından ayırt edebilmek için bir kullanım istatistiği tutulur: cihazınızda üretilen rastgele bir kurulum kimliği, Mubarly hesabınızın kimliği (kendiliğinden açılan misafir hesap ya da giriş yaptığınız hesap), cihazınızın markası ve modeli, Android ya da iOS sürümü, gerçek bir cihaz mı yoksa öykünücü mü olduğu, platform, uygulama sürümü, dil, ülke kodu ve açık olan ekranın adı. Uygulama açıkken dakikada bir ve ekran değiştikçe sunucumuza gönderilir. Reklam kimliğinize bağlanmaz; bulunduğunuz şehir ya da ilçe gönderilmez.
Uygulama hata verirse hatanın teknik mesajı ve hangi ekranda olduğu kaydedilir; uygulama çökerse aynı teknik bilgi hata izleme hizmeti Sentry’ye de gönderilebilir. Yazdığınız metinler, koordinatlarınız ve ibadet kayıtlarınız bu verilere hiçbir zaman dahil edilmez.
Bu veriler yalnızca kendi sunucumuzda (Supabase) tutulur, üçüncü bir analiz şirketine gönderilmez. Ayarlar › Veri ve gizlilik › Kullanım istatistiği ve hata raporu ile dilediğiniz zaman kapatabilirsiniz. Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı ülkelerinde, İngiltere’de ve İsviçre’de siz açmadıkça kapalıdır; bunun için konumunuzun ülkesine (konum yoksa telefonunuzun bölge ayarına) ve telefonunuzun saat dilimine bakılır.
Reklamlar
Telefon uygulamasında reklamlar Google AdMob tarafından gösterilir. Reklamın gösterilebilmesi için Google, cihazınızın reklam kimliğini, IP adresini ve cihaz türü gibi teknik bilgileri kendi gizlilik politikasına göre işler. Mubarly Google’a hesabınızı, konumunuzu, ibadet kayıtlarınızı ya da yazdığınız metinleri göndermez.
Avrupa Birliği, İngiltere ve İsviçre’de reklamlardan önce Google’ın rıza formu gösterilir ve kararınızı Ayarlar › Reklamlar › Reklam gizlilik seçenekleri’nden değiştirebilirsiniz. iPhone’da reklam kimliği yalnızca izin verirseniz kullanılır; Android’de reklam kimliğini telefonunuzun ayarlarından sıfırlayabilir ya da silebilirsiniz. İzin vermezseniz reklamlar kişiselleştirilmez, uygulamanın geri kalanı aynen çalışır.
"Reklam izle" düğmeleri isteğe bağlıdır: sonuna kadar izlenen reklamın karşılığında belirli bir süre reklamsız kullanım ya da premium bir bölüm açılır. Bu süreler yalnızca cihazınızda tutulur. Premium üyelere reklam gösterilmez.
Ses, görüntü ve içerik kaynakları
Kur’an-ı Kerîm tilâveti, radyo yayınları, ortam sesleri ve görseller, sağlayıcılarının kendi sunucularından yüklenir. Bu sağlayıcılar, her internet bağlantısında olduğu gibi, cihazınızın IP adresini görür.
Namaz vakitleri telefonunuzda, bulunduğunuz yere ve seçtiğiniz hesap yöntemine göre hesaplanır; bunun için hiçbir yere bilgi gönderilmez.
Kur’an’da tilâvet, kelime kelime meâl ve tefsir açtığınızda yalnızca sûre/âyet numarası, Mubarly’nin sunucusu üzerinden Quran Foundation’ın (Quran.com) içerik servisine sorulur; IP adresiniz ve kimliğiniz Quran Foundation’a iletilmez. Tilâvet sesi download.quranicaudio.com adresinden çalınır; internetsiz dinlemek için indirilen tilâvetler ise mp3quran.net’ten gelir.
Telefon uygulaması açılırken, uygulama kodunun daha yeni bir sürümü olup olmadığını Expo’nun güncelleme hizmetine (Expo Updates) sorar. Bu istekte uygulama sürümü, platform, yüklü güncellemenin kimliği ve Expo’nun cihazınızda ürettiği rastgele bir kimlik bulunur; Expo cihazınızın IP adresini görür. Hesabınız, konumunuz ve kayıtlarınız gönderilmez.
Bildirimler ve mikrofon
Ezan ve vakit hatırlatmaları telefonunuzda kurulur ve internet olmadan da vaktinde gelir; bunlar için sunucuya bir şey gönderilmez. Duyuru bildirimleri için, bildirim izni verdiyseniz cihazınızın bildirim belirteci (Expo push belirteci), cihaz türü ve uygulama diliniz sunucumuzda tutulur; bu kayıt hesabınıza bağlanmaz. Duyurular bu belirteçle Expo’nun bildirim hizmeti ve Google ya da Apple üzerinden iletilir. Bildirim iznini telefonunuzun ayarlarından kapatırsanız hiçbir bildirim gösterilmez.
Verilerinizi silme
Hesabınızı ve sunucudaki bütün verilerinizi (dua talepleri, âmin kayıtları, hatim ve aile grubu kayıtları, görünen ad, bulut yedeği, premium kaydı, şikâyet ve engeller) Profil › Ayarlar › Hesap bölümünden kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz. Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız silme talebinin yolu Hesap silme sayfasında yazılıdır (mubarly.com/delete-account.html). Kullanım istatistiğindeki kurulum kaydı hesabınızdan ayrılır ve artık hiçbir hesaba bağlı kalmaz; duyuru belirteci zaten hesabınıza bağlı değildir. Telefondaki kayıtlar uygulamayı sildiğinizde silinir.
Çocuklar
Paylaşılan bölümler (Kardeşlik) 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir.
Web sitesi (mubarly.com)
mubarly.com çerez kullanmaz ve tarayıcınızda hiçbir şey saklamaz. Sitenin nasıl kullanıldığını görmek için yalnızca şunları sayarız: açılan sayfa, sayfanın dili, sizi siteye yönlendiren sitenin adı, ülke, cihaz türü (Android, Huawei, iPhone veya bilgisayar) ve mağaza düğmelerine tıklamalar. Privacy policy
Summary
The Mubarly phone app may show ads on some screens; never on the Qur’an, adhan, qibla, dhikr or worship-record screens. Mubarly does not sell your data. Usage statistics are linked to your Mubarly account so we can tell real use from test devices, and can be turned off in Settings. Personal worship data such as prayer times, qibla, calendar, dhikr, garden and qada records are kept on your phone; if you connected a Google or Apple account they are regularly copied to a backup only you can see and kept in sync if you use two devices; the backup stores a random ID generated on the device to tell your devices apart (can be turned off in Settings › Account). Excused periods and location are never included in the backup.
Location
Prayer times and the qibla direction are calculated from your location on your phone; your coordinates are not sent to any server for this. Location-related information leaves your phone only in the cases listed in this section.
To show the name of your city, your device’s operating system may ask its own service (Apple on iPhone, Google on Android).
If you use Mubarly in a web browser, the city name is fetched from BigDataCloud’s free reverse-geocoding service using your location rounded to about a hundred metres.
When you search for a city under Profile › Location, the city name you type (not your location) is sent to Mubarly’s own city search (GeoNames data) to fetch matching cities; it is not passed on to another service.
On the "Nearby Mosques" screen your location is not sent to any server: the mosque list is downloaded from 1-degree area files we prepare from OpenStreetMap data (Mubarly’s Supabase file storage) and distances are calculated on your phone; only the area’s name (the whole-number part of latitude and longitude) reaches the server. Downloaded areas are kept on the device for offline use. If you have already granted location permission, the search runs when the screen opens. Map imagery is loaded from OpenFreeMap (tiles.openfreemap.org); these requests include the area being shown.
If you turn on "Silence in the mosque" in Profile, "Always" location permission is requested so the app can notice you entering a mosque even while it is closed. The areas around up to 20 mosques near you are registered with your device’s operating system, which detects entering and leaving; no location history is kept or sent to our server. Nearby mosques are looked up as on the "Nearby Mosques" screen, with a rounded location (again when you move away, or weekly). Turning the feature off stops the monitoring.
Account and what is stored on our server
When the phone app is first opened and connects to the internet, it automatically creates an unregistered (anonymous) account for you, without asking for an email or password; this account is just a random ID. Depending on the sections you use, our server stores with that account: the prayer requests you write, your āmīn records, the khatm circles you create or join and the parts you take, your records in family groups, the display name you set in Profile, the reports you send, the people you block and, if you have one, the record of your premium membership.
When you share a prayer request with "Hide my name", your name and identity are not shown to other users. Who said āmīn to which request is not shown to others either.
The name you set in Profile is kept on the server as your display name; in shared sections such as Brotherhood only this name is shown. If you connect Google or Apple, that account’s e-mail address and name are received, and the last name and date of birth you enter in Profile are also saved on the server in a record visible only to you. Nothing from your Mubarly records is sent to Google or Apple. Your gender choice stays only on your phone (and in your own backup).
If you start as a guest and later connect Google or Apple, what you shared as a guest and the records on your phone move to that account, and the empty guest account is deleted.
The server infrastructure is provided by Supabase.
Usage statistics and error reports
To improve the app and to tell real use from test devices we keep usage statistics: a random install ID created on your device, your Mubarly account ID (the guest account created automatically or the account you signed in with), the brand and model of your device, its Android or iOS version, whether it is a real device or an emulator, platform, app version, language, country code and the name of the open screen. They are sent to our server once a minute while the app is open and when the screen changes. They are not linked to your advertising ID, and your city or district is not sent.
If the app hits an error, the technical error message and the screen it happened on are recorded; if the app crashes, the same technical information may also be sent to the error-tracking service Sentry. Text you write, your coordinates and your worship records are never part of this data.
This data stays on our own server (Supabase) and is not sent to any third-party analytics company. You can turn it off at any time under Settings › Data and privacy › Usage statistics and error reports. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland it stays off unless you turn it on; this is decided from the country of your location (without a location, your phone’s region setting) and your phone’s time zone.
Ads
In the phone app, ads are served by Google AdMob. To show an ad, Google processes your device’s advertising ID, IP address and technical details such as device type under its own privacy policy. Mubarly does not send Google your account, location, worship records or anything you write.
In the European Union, the UK and Switzerland, Google’s consent form is shown before any ads and you can change your choice in Settings › Ads › Ad privacy options. On iPhone the advertising ID is used only if you allow it; on Android you can reset or delete it in your phone’s settings. If you don’t allow it, ads are not personalised and the rest of the app works exactly the same.
"Watch an ad" buttons are optional: watching an ad to the end gives a period of ad-free use or unlocks a premium section for a while. These periods are stored only on your device. Premium members see no ads.
Audio, video and content sources
Qur’an recitation, radio, ambient sounds and images are loaded from their providers’ own servers. Like any internet connection, these providers see your device’s IP address.
Prayer times are calculated on your phone from your location and the calculation method you chose; no data is sent anywhere for this.
When you open a recitation, word-by-word meaning or tafsir in the Quran, only the surah/verse number is requested from Quran Foundation’s (Quran.com) content service through Mubarly’s server; your IP address and identity are not passed to Quran Foundation. The recitation audio is played from download.quranicaudio.com; recitations downloaded for listening without internet come from mp3quran.net.
When the phone app opens, it asks Expo’s update service (Expo Updates) whether a newer version of the app’s code is available. This request contains the app version, the platform, the ID of the installed update and a random ID that Expo creates on your device, and Expo sees your device’s IP address. Your account, location and records are not sent.
Notifications and microphone
Adhan and prayer-time reminders are set up on your phone and arrive on time even without internet; nothing is sent to a server for them. For announcement notifications, if you allowed notifications, your device’s notification token (Expo push token), device type and app language are stored on our server; this record is not linked to your account. Announcements are delivered with this token through Expo’s notification service and Google or Apple. If you turn off notification permission in your phone’s settings, no notifications are shown.
Deleting your data
You can permanently delete your account and all your data on the server (prayer requests, āmīn records, khatm and family-group records, display name, cloud backup, premium record, reports and blocks) under Profile › Settings › Account. If you cannot access the app, the way to request deletion is described on the Account deletion page (mubarly.com/delete-account.html). The install record in the usage statistics is detached from your account and no longer linked to any account; the notification token is not linked to your account. Records on your phone are removed when you delete the app.
Children
The shared sections (Brotherhood) are not directed at children under 13.
Website (mubarly.com)
mubarly.com uses no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. To see how the site is used we only count: the page opened, its language, the name of the site that referred you, the country, the device type (Android, Huawei, iPhone or computer) and clicks on the store buttons. To count visits on the same day once, your IP address and browser details are hashed one way with a secret key that changes every day; your IP address is not stored and cannot be recovered from the hash. These records are not shared with anyone, not used for advertising, and do not identify you as a person.
