Veri sorumlusu
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) uyarınca kişisel verileriniz, veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla Mubarly uygulamasının geliştiricisi tarafından aşağıda açıklanan şekilde işlenir. Başvurularınızı bu sayfanın altında yazan destek e-posta adresine iletebilirsiniz.
İşlenen veriler
Hesap bilgileri: telefon uygulaması açılınca kendiliğinden oluşturulan anonim hesap kimliği ve Profil’de yazdığınız görünen ad; Google ya da Apple ile bağladıysanız ayrıca e-posta adresiniz, adınız, soyadınız ve (girdiyseniz) doğum tarihiniz.
Paylaştığınız içerik: Kardeşlik bölümünde yazdığınız dua talepleri, âminler ve şikâyetler; hatim ve aile gruplarındaki kayıtlarınız.
Konumla ilgili veriler: konumunuz sunucuya gönderilmez ve sunucuda konum geçmişi tutulmaz. Yakındaki camiler aranırken yalnızca bulunduğunuz 1 derecelik bölgenin adı (enlem ve boylamın tam sayı kısmı) istenir.
Cihaz bilgisi: duyuru bildirimi için bildirim belirteci, cihaz türü ve uygulama dili (hesabınıza bağlanmaz).
Kullanım istatistiği ve hata kaydı (kapatılabilir; Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, İngiltere ve İsviçre’de siz açmadıkça kapalı): rastgele kurulum kimliği, hesap kimliği, cihaz markası ve modeli, işletim sistemi sürümü, platform, sürüm, dil, ülke kodu, açık ekran ve hata mesajları.
Reklam (yalnızca telefon uygulamasında, premium üyelerde yok): Google AdMob’un işlediği reklam kimliği, IP adresi ve teknik cihaz bilgisi.
Namaz, zikir, bahçe, kaza ve benzeri ibadet kayıtlarınız cihazınızda tutulur; hesabınızı bağladıysanız ve otomatik yedek açıksa yalnızca size açık bir yedeğe kopyalanır. Özel hal ve konum kayıtları hiçbir zaman sunucuya aktarılmaz.
Amaçlar ve hukukî sebepler
Hesabın açılması, paylaşımların gösterilmesi ve istediğiniz hizmetin sunulması: sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası (KVKK m. 5/2-c).
Güvenliğin sağlanması, kötüye kullanımın ve spamın önlenmesi, şikâyetlerin incelenmesi: meşru menfaat (m. 5/2-f) ve hukukî yükümlülük (m. 5/2-ç).
Uygulamanın iyileştirilmesi, hataların giderilmesi ve gerçek kullanımın test cihazlarından ayırt edilmesi için kullanım istatistiği: meşru menfaat (m. 5/2-f); Ayarlar’dan kapatılabilir.
Uygulamanın ücretsiz sunulabilmesi için reklam gösterimi: meşru menfaat (m. 5/2-f). Reklam kimliğinin kullanılması ve kişiselleştirilmiş reklam: açık rızanız (m. 5/1); iPhone’daki izin penceresi ya da rıza formu ile verilir, dilediğiniz zaman geri alınabilir.
Dua talebinize kendi isteğinizle sağlık gibi özel nitelikli bir bilgi yazarsanız bu bilgi, paylaşım anındaki açık rızanıza (m. 6) dayanılarak işlenir. Paylaşımı adsız yapabilir ve dilediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz.
Aktarım
Veriler; barındırma ve veritabanı hizmeti (Supabase), bildirim iletimi (Expo, Apple, Google), uygulama içi güncelleme (Expo Updates), Google ya da Apple ile giriş, hata izleme (Sentry) ve reklam (Google AdMob) sağlayıcılarına, hizmetin gerektirdiği ölçüde aktarılır. Bu sağlayıcıların sunucuları yurt dışında bulunabilir; aktarım KVKK m. 9 kapsamında yapılır.
Verileriniz satılmaz. Reklam için Google’a yalnızca reklam kimliği ve teknik cihaz bilgisi gider; hesabınız, konumunuz ve ibadet kayıtlarınız gitmez.
Toplama yöntemi
Kişisel veriler, uygulamayı kullandığınız sırada elektronik ortamda, doğrudan sizin tarafınızdan girilerek toplanır.
Haklarınız
KVKK m. 11 uyarınca; verinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse bilgi isteme, amacını ve amaca uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, eksik ya da yanlışsa düzeltilmesini, şartları oluştuğunda silinmesini isteme, bu işlemlerin aktarılan kişilere bildirilmesini isteme, otomatik sistemlerle analiz sonucu aleyhinize bir sonuca itiraz etme ve kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz.
Hesabınızı ve sunucudaki bütün verilerinizi Profil › Ayarlar › Hesap bölümünden kendiniz silebilirsiniz. Diğer talepleriniz için destek e-postasına yazabilirsiniz; başvurular en geç 30 gün içinde cevaplanır.

KVKK privacy notice
Data controller
Under Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), your personal data is processed as described below by the developer of the Mubarly app as data controller. You can send your requests to the support e-mail address shown at the bottom of this page.
Data processed
Account data: the anonymous account ID created automatically when the phone app is opened and the display name you set in Profile; if you connected Google or Apple, also your e-mail address, first and last name and (if you entered it) date of birth.
Content you share: prayer requests, amens and reports in the Brotherhood section; your records in khatm and family groups.
Location-related data: your location is not sent to the server and no location history is kept there. When nearby mosques are searched, only the name of your 1-degree area (the whole-number part of latitude and longitude) is requested.
Device data: a notification token, device type and app language for announcements (not linked to your account).
Usage statistics and error logs (can be turned off; off unless you turn them on in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland): a random install ID, account ID, device brand and model, operating-system version, platform, version, language, country code, open screen and error messages.
Ads (phone app only, never for premium members): advertising ID, IP address and technical device details processed by Google AdMob.
Prayer, dhikr, garden, qada and similar worship records stay on your device; if you connected your account and automatic backup is on, they are copied to a backup only you can see. Excused-period and location records are never transferred to the server.
Purposes and legal grounds
Opening the account, showing what you share and providing the service you ask for: performance of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c).
Security, preventing abuse and spam, reviewing reports: legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f) and legal obligation (art. 5/2-ç).
Usage statistics to improve the app, fix errors and tell real use from test devices: legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f); can be turned off in Settings.
Showing ads so the app can be offered free: legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f). Use of the advertising ID and personalised ads: your explicit consent (art. 5/1), given through the iPhone permission prompt or the consent form and revocable at any time.
If you choose to write special-category information such as health details in a prayer request, it is processed on the basis of your explicit consent at the time of posting (art. 6). You can post anonymously and delete it at any time.
Transfers
Data is transferred, as far as the service requires, to our hosting and database provider (Supabase), notification delivery (Expo, Apple, Google), in-app updates (Expo Updates), sign-in with Google or Apple, error tracking (Sentry) and advertising (Google AdMob). Their servers may be located abroad; transfers are made under KVKK art. 9.
Your data is never sold. For ads, only the advertising ID and technical device details go to Google; your account, location and worship records do not.
Method of collection
Personal data is collected electronically, entered by you while using the app.
Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction or deletion, request that these actions be notified to recipients, object to a result against you arising from automated analysis, and claim compensation for unlawful processing.
You can delete your account and all your server-side data yourself under Profile › Settings › Account. For other requests, write to the support e-mail; requests are answered within 30 days.
