Mubarly uygulamasında Profil › Ayarlar › Hesap bölümünü açın ve hesabınızı silin. Onayladığınızda hesabınız ve sunucudaki bütün verileriniz hemen ve kalıcı olarak silinir; bu işlem geri alınamaz.
Silinenler
Hesabınız (misafir ya da Google/Apple ile bağlı), dua talepleriniz ve âmin kayıtlarınız, hatim halkaları ve aile gruplarındaki kayıtlarınız, görünen adınız, soyadınız ve doğum tarihiniz, bulut yedeğiniz, premium üyelik kaydınız, şikâyetleriniz ve engellediğiniz kişiler.
Silinmeyenler
Telefonunuzdaki kayıtlar, uygulamayı silene kadar telefonunuzda kalır. Hesabınız silinince kullanım istatistiğindeki kurulum kaydı hesabınızdan ayrılır ve artık hiçbir hesaba bağlı kalmaz; duyuru bildirimi belirteci zaten hesabınıza bağlı değildir. Kullanım istatistiğini Ayarlar › Veri ve gizlilik bölümünden kapatabilirsiniz.
Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız
Bu sayfanın altında yazan destek e-posta adresine “Hesap silme talebi” konulu bir e-posta gönderin. Hesabınızı Google ile bağladıysanız o adresten yazın. Misafir hesap bir e-postaya bağlı olmadığı için kime ait olduğunu ancak kullanıcı koduyla bulabiliriz; kod, uygulamada Profil › Ayarlar › Hesap bölümünde yazar. Talebiniz en geç 30 gün içinde yerine getirilir.

Delete your account and data
Deleting in the app
In the Mubarly app, open Profile › Settings › Account and delete your account. When you confirm, your account and all your data on our server are deleted immediately and permanently; this cannot be undone.
What is deleted
Your account (guest or connected with Google/Apple), your prayer requests and āmīn records, your records in khatm circles and family groups, your display name, last name and date of birth, your cloud backup, your premium membership record, your reports and the people you blocked.
What is not deleted
Records on your phone stay there until you delete the app. When your account is deleted, the install record in the usage statistics is detached from it and no longer linked to any account; the announcement notification token is not linked to your account. You can turn off usage statistics under Settings › Data and privacy.
If you cannot access the app
Send an e-mail with the subject “Account deletion request” to the support address shown at the bottom of this page. If you connected Google, write from that address. A guest account is not tied to an e-mail, so we can only find it with its user code, shown in the app under Profile › Settings › Account. Your request is carried out within 30 days at the latest.
